Besides being an old, tired and ugly retired accountant, and former “Bucket of Blood” loan company field examiner in the Commercial Finance Industry, Kirk has built several accounting and payroll practices in several cities across the Southeast, been a published author for Micro-Mash, a nationally recognized and leading computer based training firm (now a part of Thompson-Reuters, or whatever they’re calling themselves these days).

These days he sits at home in the North Georgia mountains and surfs the internet to see how many of his high-school classmates he’s outlived, and tries to decide if he’s up to his 50th high school graduating class reunion. Or whether he’d rather just sit on the back porch looking out over the valley sipping on either a diet Coke or some iced tea.
